Maloy's Lawn Care and Snow

About Maloy's Lawn Care and Snow

The Oswegatchie bends through Gouverneur past marble ledge and old quarry ground, and the North Country winter that follows it in is not a short one. Maloy's Lawn Care and Snow runs that long half of the year — driveways plowed, walkways cleared, salt and sand on the ice from November until the river finally opens up. Then St. Lawrence County turns green in a hurry, and mowing and trimming start almost overnight. Short summers make every cut count, and a clean, even lawn in July feels earned this far north. Both halves come down to the same thing: a property that works no matter what month it is.
