About Services Unlimited

February can hold Glens Falls at ten below for a week — the kind of cold that squeaks underfoot and turns the sky over the Adirondack foothills hard and pale. Services Unlimited runs in it, plowing drives and lots, clearing walks and entryways, and returning for the cleanup once the wind has stopped moving snow around. The blue hour before sunrise is the working hour here; by the time light comes over French Mountain the pavement ought to be black already. Cold like that forgives nothing about a half-cleared driveway. So it gets cleared the whole way, every time.
