Mc Dougall Landscape & Lawn works the hinge of that season from both sides — plowing and clearing snow while it lasts, then mowing, trimming, edging and the spring cleanup that finds the lawn again underneath. Grass here comes back gray and matted and needs coaxing; a thorough raking in April largely decides how a yard looks in July. Autumn reverses the whole thing, leaves down off the maples along Sherman Avenue and out of the beds before the ground goes hard.
