About Rik Dilles Lawn Service

In July the lake places around Glen Spey fill up. Cars in the drive at Washington Lake, screen doors going at Mohican Lake, and everyone wanting the grass to look like somebody has been minding it all along. Rik Dilles Lawn Service does that minding — mowing, trimming, edging, and the seasonal cleanups that come before the first weekend of the year and after the last one. This hill country makes for uneven ground and long shadows, which is its own quiet argument for knowing a property rather than just visiting it. Come October the road goes still, the leaves come down, and the yards get put away for winter.
