George's Tree Service & Landscaping

About George's Tree Service & Landscaping

Georgetown is high, open country in southern Madison County, where the upper Otselic River winds as a modest stream through meadows and woodlots. George's Tree Service & Landscaping looks after the lawns and landscaping of this hill town, where properties tend to run big and open, framed by forest. In May the hillsides go an almost electric green, and the first mow of spring is a chance to reset every line: the drive, the ditch, the place where lawn gives way to field. Rural lawns reward a steady hand and a good eye, because on a long, open stretch every crooked pass shows. When a farmhouse yard is cut clean all the way to the tree line, the whole hillside seems to sit up a little straighter.
