About Spies Landscaping

By mid-October the air over Gates has turned, coming in cool off Lake Ontario, and the street maples let go all at once. Spies Landscaping is in the thick of it then — fall cleanups, the last mows of the year, leaves cleared off lawns and out of beds before a wet snow packs them down. The rest of the year is the steady part: mowing on schedule, edging the walks, trimming what the mower cannot reach. There is something satisfying about a yard put to bed properly in November — bare, tidy, waiting to come back green when the ground thaws. Gates and the towns around it are where Spies Landscaping does it, one property at a time.
