About Sams Property Maintenance

Planes come in low over Gates on their way to the runways at the edge of town, and on a July afternoon the yards below are all heat, cut grass and sprinkler hiss. Sams Property Maintenance keeps those yards — mowing, string trimming, edging, and the seasonal cleanups that bookend the growing months. Summer here can swing from a soaking week to a dry one, and a lawn cut at the right height through both comes out the other side still green. There is real satisfaction in pulling away from a property with the mower loaded and the whole lot looking square from the curb. That is the day's work, repeated across Gates and the neighboring towns.
