About Aversa Property Services, Inc.

Garden City was laid out with wide streets and long lines of sycamores, and a nor'easter coming up the coast fills all of it with snow in a single night. Aversa Property Services, Inc. clears that — plowing driveways and commercial lots, shoveling the deep front walks and the steps up to the door, spreading melt across pavement a village this walkable cannot leave slick. Storms here often arrive wet and heavy off the Atlantic eight miles south, which makes early passes matter more than one late one. The measure of a good night is Franklin Avenue at opening time: lots plowed square, entrances cut clean, the day starting as though nothing had happened. That is what winter work is for on these carefully laid-out Nassau County streets.
