About Four Seasons Landscaping & Tree Service

Snow arrives in Garden City Park with no hills to slow it — the old Hempstead Plains never gave the wind anything to break on, so a nor'easter lands here all at once. Four Seasons Landscaping & Tree Service works those hours, plowing driveways on the streets off Denton and Marcus, cutting a path down the walk before the storm door swings open, and salting the aprons where Jericho Turnpike traffic packs snow into glass. The satisfaction is a small one and it is real: bare pavement at five in the morning, the shovel line squared to the curb, the mailbox reachable again. Seasonal accounts are watched through the night rather than visited once at the end, because a foot that falls in four hours does not wait politely. By the time the town wakes and the light comes flat across the roofs, the block looks like it simply decided not to be buried.
