Fulton is a city of wide concrete — plant aprons, loading pads, sidewalks poured generations back, all of it taking the freeze and thaw of an Oswego County winter over and over. Pinnacle Hardscape and Concrete plows and clears that pavement when snow arrives, working the open flats and the tight corners between buildings, cutting back banks before they set up hard.
