About Lindsley Excavating LLC

Out past the city line toward Volney the driveways get long — two hundred feet of gravel between a house and a country road, drifted shut by a wind with nothing to stop it. Lindsley Excavating LLC plows that kind of ground, where clearing means knowing which way a drift builds and where to put the snow so February still has somewhere to put more. January mornings start in the dark and the cab heater never quite catches up. But a farm lane opened wide enough for a truck, or a turnaround scraped clean so a car can swing without backing into the ditch, is worth the early hour. That is winter work in this part of Oswego County, and it gets done.
