About Bedroc General Development, LLC

At Bushnell's Basin the canal rides its great embankment high above Irondequoit Creek, and the road beneath it runs straight into the shortest, coldest days of the year. Bedroc General Development, LLC handles the winter side of Fairport — plowing drives and lots, clearing walks and moving snow off a property before the day starts. Squalls come down off Lake Ontario without negotiation and they usually come at night. The reward is a lot that is bare pavement at seven in the morning, open and dry, as though the storm had happened somewhere else entirely. That is a good thing to be able to make.
