About Sunset Lawncare

Last light in Elmira comes over West Hill and turns the valley amber for about twenty minutes, and a freshly cut lawn is a fine thing to be standing on when it does. Sunset Lawncare works both halves of the year here — mowing, trimming and seasonal cleanups from thaw to leaf-drop, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the Chemung Valley goes white and the light gets short. Winter days end early in the Southern Tier, which makes an opened driveway at dusk feel like a favor. July or January, the measure stays the same: does the place look looked-after. That is what gets left behind at every address.
