About Ground Control Property Services

Wind crosses the flats near the airport with nothing to slow it, and a January thaw that refreezes at dusk turns every lot in the area to glass. Ground Control Property Services works that hazard head-on: plowing driveways and parking areas, scraping close, shoveling entrances and walks, salting the glaze before it hardens into the rest of the week. Snow is only half of a Southern Tier winter — the other half is ice, and ice wants attention on its own schedule. Ground that people cross without having to think about it is the entire objective. Homes and businesses, storm nights and quiet ones.
