About R S Parker Landscaping

The Heights was laid out in squares — small, level lots on streets like Thurston, each one an easy yard to mow and an impossible one to fake. R S Parker Landscaping keeps them through the year, mowing, trimming and cleaning up in spring and fall, then plowing, shoveling and salting once Elmira Heights goes under. Village lots put every edge on display: the strip along the sidewalk, the line at the neighbor's property, the corner by the mailbox. Winter tells the same story with a different tool — clear it to the concrete or everyone will see where you stopped. Neat streets get made one lot at a time.
