About Bartz & Son Contracting LLC

Up on the hill roads toward Ashford the fields run open and the wind rewrites the road all night long. Bartz & Son Contracting LLC works those back lanes — long driveways, farm and camp access, parking areas, walks shoveled out and sand where the pitch is steep. Country plowing is a skill of its own: knowing where a drift will rebuild, where to stack so the next storm still fits, how to leave a hillside drive that a car can actually climb. When headlights swing out onto a lane cut clean at first light, the night behind it was worth every pass. Cattaraugus winters are long, and there is a steadiness in meeting each one head on.
