About AJ Sealing

Skaneateles Creek keeps moving under the ice in Elbridge, and the old mill grade above it takes the first white of any storm that swings in off Lake Ontario. AJ Sealing works those hours, plowing driveways and lots, opening walks, spreading salt and sand while the village is still dark. A squall here does not announce itself; it arrives sideways off the water and lays down four inches before the coffee is made. The pleasure is in the after — a driveway opened down to the pavement, banks pushed back square, a walk cut wide enough for two people to pass. By the time the sun finds the creek, the way out is already there.
