About Vargas Lanscaping New York

Five in the morning in February, Montauk Highway runs empty and blue, and the plows are about the only thing moving east of the village. Vargas Lanscaping New York works that hour in East Hampton — plowing driveways, opening walkways, shoveling the corners a blade can't reach, and putting down salt and sand where the ice sets up. Nobody actually watches the work get done; what they see is a driveway that is simply open when the day starts. That is the entire point of it. By the time the sky turns gray out over the water, the route is behind you and the town can go about its business.
