Papierski's Property Services

About Papierski's Property Services

From the high ground on the north side of town you can watch a freighter take an entire afternoon to cross the horizon, and it puts the pace of a year in perspective. Papierski's Property Services keeps properties in that long view around Dunkirk — grass cut and trimmed on a weekly rhythm, edges held, hedges kept off the windows, beds mulched and weeded through the warm months. Cleanups come twice: once in April, when wind off the lake has stuffed every corner with last year's leaves, and once when the maples finish in late fall. It is property care rather than a single chore, the kind where somebody notices the line of the shrubs and the strip between sidewalk and street. What comes of it is a place that reads as looked-after from the road and stays that way.
