About Moyer's Sales & Service, Inc.

On the DeRuyter hilltops the wind gets a long running start across open fields before it ever reaches anybody's yard. Moyer's Sales & Service, Inc. mows up in that country, where a lawn runs out to a fence line and the reservoir sits blue and small in the valley below. The cut is kept even over ground that rolls more than it lies flat, and the trimming follows every post, stone and downspout. Late June, with hay coming off the neighboring fields, the whole ridge smells like one long green afternoon. Lawn care for farm-country places where the yard is simply where the field politely stops.
