About Diamond Cut Lawns LLC

Above Deerpark, Route 97 swings out along the Hawk's Nest with the Delaware lying green and slow a few hundred feet below, and in fall the whole river gorge turns at once. Diamond Cut Lawns LLC works the properties back off those ridge roads, where the yards are cut out of hillside and hemlock and a mower line has to be planned before it is driven. The cut comes out even anyway — beds edged, slopes taken with care, string trimmer run right up to the stone walls that hold the terraces in place. Then the leaves arrive in earnest and the same lawns get raked, blown and hauled clean before the first hard freeze. There is real satisfaction in a mountain yard that looks kept, and that is what the truck leaves behind.
