About Jeffrey Mark Company

The limestone under De Witt lies close to the surface, and any yard near the escarpment knows it: thin soil, sharp drainage, and grass that has to be coaxed rather than commanded. Jeffrey Mark Company works with that ground instead of against it, mowing on a schedule the turf can actually carry, trimming clean around beds and walls, edging the hard lines and clearing the yard down to bare ground each spring and fall. September rain brings everything back at once, and a lawn cut steadily all summer answers immediately. Watching a difficult lot turn even and green is its own reward. De Witt has plenty of those lots, and they respond to patience.
