About WhitCo Enterprises

Out past the village the ground goes flat and open toward the airfield, and on a windy night the snow there does not so much fall as travel. WhitCo Enterprises meets it early, headlights on at four, plowing drives and lots, cutting back the drifts that rebuild themselves across an exposed approach, and clearing walks down to something safe to step on. Wind-loaded snow is heavier and more stubborn than what comes straight down, and it takes a second and a third look. The reward is a whole street of open driveways at sunrise while everyone inside is still asleep. Dansville earns those mornings, one storm at a time.
