About Southern Tier Express Property Services, Inc (STEPS, Inc)

Route 302 runs the length of the town of Crawford, and in winter the Shawangunk Kill valley funnels wind straight down it. Southern Tier Express Property Services, Inc (STEPS, Inc) works that corridor all year — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while things are growing, then plowing, walkway clearing, salting and sanding once they've stopped. Business lots and home drives come down to the same two questions at four in the morning: is it open, and is it safe to walk? Getting to yes before the first headlights show up is the entire job. Come May the mowers come off the trailer and the year starts over again.
