Carter’s Tree Service

About Carter’s Tree Service

Cortlandville is the country around the city — gravel flats and cornfields, the pine and hemlock stands out toward Lime Hollow, farm lanes that go quiet after dark. Carter's Tree Service works those wide lots where a tree has room to be a real tree, trimming crowns back off the barn and the drive, pruning for a shape that carries a snow load. Removals come down in the open with the fall lined up between the barn and the fence, and the brush is chipped before the truck leaves the property. When a summer storm crosses the valley and lays a maple across the pasture edge, the storm damage cleanup takes the yard back to bare, even grass. The best part is the moment the last rake goes in the truck and the place looks untouched.
