About DJ Tavares Landscaping

Blue Mountain stands over Cortlandt Manor like a held breath, and the neighborhoods below it slope enough that every yard has its own opinion about sun and drainage. DJ Tavares Landscaping learns those opinions one property at a time — where the mower should turn, where the trimmer does what a wide deck can't, where the edge along the walk deserves to be sharp enough to read from the street. Mowing, trimming, edging, and the spring and fall cleanups that bracket the growing season: the list is short and the standard isn't. There's a particular hour in late August when low gold light comes sideways through the yards and a finished lawn looks like something someone loves. That's the hour the work is aimed at, week after week.
