About Summit Landscape & Construction

From the high road toward Virgil you can watch weather come over the shoulder of Greek Peak a full hour before it reaches town. Summit Landscape & Construction takes the Cortland year at both ends: mowing, edging and cleanups while the hills are green, plow work and salting once the ridges go white and the driveways drift shut. Elevation changes everything up here — snow lingers, grass runs late, and the schedule bends to the hill. What the crew is after is a drive scraped clean down to the gravel and a lawn cut flat as a tabletop. Plain aims, held to in whatever comes down off the ridge.
