About Premier Property Service

September at the county fairgrounds is grandstand dust, midway light, and grass that has to hold up under a whole county's footsteps. Premier Property Service works that same range of ground the year round in Cortland — mowing, trimming and hauling off the season's clippings and leaves, then switching to plow and spreader when the lots need opening at dawn. Wide open spaces and tight residential drives ask different things of a crew, and this one keeps both. What stays with you is the after: a lot squared to the curb line, a lawn cut level end to end. Straightforward work, taken all the way out to the edges.
