About Murdock's Excavation Inc

Up the back roads toward Truxton and Cuyler, a blizzard night can erase the difference between the road and the field beside it. Murdock's Excavation Inc runs snow removal out into that — plowing long farm lanes and driveways, pushing banks back before the next storm needs the room, sanding and salting the grades where a truck would otherwise slide. Heavy equipment is the right answer to hill-country snow, and this outfit brings it. By daylight the drive is a clean corridor with its banks squared off, and somebody gets to go to work. That is the whole ambition, storm after storm.
