About Cedar Hill Property Maintenance LLC

In Cold Spring the mountains come right down to the water, and weather funnels between them — a squall can push down the Hudson between Bull Hill and Storm King and shut the village in white within the hour. Cedar Hill Property Maintenance LLC works both faces of that: plowing drives and clearing walkways on the steep lanes above Main Street when storms come through, then mowing, trimming and cleaning up those same properties once the Highlands go green. Ground this steep and this rocky asks for patience. The payoff is a driveway open before the village is awake, and in July a lawn cut clean to the edge of the woods. Few places are more worth keeping tidy than this one.
