About General Property Maintenance

Oriskany Creek runs the length of Clinton, and the little valley it cut holds cool late-afternoon air long after the hillsides above have gone warm and gold. General Property Maintenance tends lawns up and down that valley: regular mowing, string trimming into the corners a mower cannot reach, clean edges along drives and beds, and the cleanups that bookend a growing season. A property looks different when someone has been through it with real attention — lines straight, clippings gone, nothing shaggy at the margins. That difference is the entire job, and it is worth doing right. We work Clinton and the roads around it one property at a time, on a schedule you can set your week by.
