In October the orchard rows outside the village run gold and heavy, and the air over Clifton Springs still carries the faint mineral sweetness the old spa town was named for. Cornerstone Outdoor Services keeps pace with all of it — mowing through the growing months, trimming and edging the borders, hauling off the leaf fall once the maples along Main Street let go. Then the calendar turns and the trucks come back with plows for driveways, lots, and the walks people cross at six in the morning with a coffee in hand. What we are after is plain and hard to fake: grass cut even, edges honest, pavement bare. In a village this size, both get noticed.
