About Platinum Property Care Inc.

At two in the morning in February, Route 146 is empty and blue, and the only thing moving is a truck with its blade down. Platinum Property Care Inc. runs that shift so Clifton Park wakes to lots already scraped, walks already treated, and nobody has to think about it. When the banks finally shrink in April, the same properties want mowing, edging and cleanup, and the calendar simply turns over. Clifton Park sits where the Northway, the river road and a hundred neighborhood streets all meet, so there is always ground to cover. The company handles snow and lawn work in Clifton Park, Halfmoon, Crescent, Malta and Round Lake.
