Hardy Oak Handyman Service

About Hardy Oak Handyman Service

Chazy lies flat and open between the orchards and Lake Champlain, and when the wind sets in from the north there is nothing to slow it down. Hardy Oak Handyman Service takes the winter side of that: plowing driveways and yards, shoveling steps and walks, laying down sand and salt where the ice glazes over after a thaw. Snow blows in here as much as it falls, so a drive cleared at midnight can want another cut by six. The good moment comes at first light — the lane opened to the road, the porch bare, the apple rows across the way standing black against all that white. From the Great Chazy River down to the lake shore, that is a winter well kept.
