About A Finer Grind Stump Removal Inc.

Charleston is hill-farm country south of the Mohawk, hedgerows and hayfields running up to a ridgeline where you can watch weather coming an hour before it gets to you. A Finer Grind Stump Removal Inc. works those long driveways and field edges — taking a tree down, trimming what crowds the barn and the wires, then grinding the stump until nothing is left but a ring of chips and level ground. That last step is the point: a lawn you can mow straight across, a yard with no reminder that anything ever stood there. Where the wind runs unbroken over the fields, an even grade and a clean line of trees are worth the trouble. Come evening the field light goes long and gold, and the work shows plain from the road.
