About NY Property Care LLC
Chappaqua driveways climb. Gravel and asphalt bend uphill between stone walls and old hemlocks, steep enough that a single inch of ice ends the morning before it starts. NY Property Care LLC clears them in the dark — plowing the long runs, shoveling steps and front walks, salting and sanding the pitches where shade holds the freeze all day long. Storms come over the Westchester hills wet and heavy, and the trees carry that weight until suddenly they don't. There's a train waiting at the bottom of the hill, and getting people down to it on time is the entire point of the night.
