About Complete Property Management

Wind comes down the Champlain valley with nothing standing in its way, and it packs snow into drifts across the flat country north of the village. Complete Property Management is on the road at three in the morning against it — plowing driveways and commercial lots, cutting drifts back before they set up hard, clearing walkways and entries, salting the ice that forms when a thaw gets taken back overnight. Route 11 traffic here never really stops, border-bound at every hour of the day. The job is to have the lot open when that traffic shows up. By sunrise the pavement is black and the banks are square.
