About Schodack Landscaping Products

February in the village is one long blue hour: the tidal flats off Schodack Island lie hushed, the wind comes across the water with an edge to it, and every driveway on Green Avenue needs an answer by morning. Schodack Landscaping Products works the snow season in Castleton-on-Hudson — plowing, shoveling out walks and steps, sanding and salting the places where meltwater refreezes after dark. A river town gets its own kind of winter, wet and heavy one week, dry and drifting the next, and the plan changes with it. The reward is simple and it never gets old: a lot opened wide, edges squared to the lawn line, so nobody has to think about the storm at all. Neighbors back out, and the day just goes on.
