When the camps around Canada Lake and Caroga Lake go dark for the winter, the snow keeps arriving anyway — this is the southern Adirondacks, and Royal Mountain does not get its cover by accident. Palitsch Property Management works both halves of the Caroga year: plowing and clearing driveways out along the Route 29A country in winter, then mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning up once the ice is off the water. A drive kept open all season is the difference between a place you can reach in January and a place you cannot. In summer those same lots return as lawns, and the work turns quiet and green. Watching a property carry through both extremes in good order is the entire point.
