About BrownRock Property Management LLC

Main Street in Canandaigua runs broad enough to hold a whole winter sky, and by four in the morning it is the color of slate. That is the hour BrownRock Property Management LLC is already out, headlights swinging across a lot that was white an hour ago and is bare blacktop now. Snow removal here is a property-keeping job as much as a driving one — knowing which entrance the wind loads first, which corner a plow can stack without burying a sign. The reward is small and complete: someone pulls in at seven, parks without thinking about it, and goes on with the day. Down at the north end of the lake the water stays open and steaming while the town wakes up around it.
