Caledonia Landscaping and Lawn Care

About Caledonia Landscaping and Lawn Care

The Genesee Valley lies wide open around Caledonia, and what Lake Ontario sends south has nothing to slow it down before it reaches the fields along Routes 5 and 20. Caledonia Landscaping and Lawn Care meets that head-on in winter — plowing driveways and lots, opening walks, spreading salt where the wind has polished the blacktop to glass. Come June the same ground is all growth, and the schedule turns to weekly mowing, trimmed borders and the edging that keeps a yard from creeping into itself. There is a particular quiet in a January morning when the driveway is bare and dark and the storm is still moving across the stubble beyond it. Both halves of the year get the same attention.
