About Bradigan Property Services LLC

Spring Creek rises out of the limestone under Caledonia at one steady temperature, cold and clear while the fields above it swing from mud to hay to frost. Bradigan Property Services LLC works to that same steadiness, mowing on a set rhythm so no lawn has to be rescued later. The satisfaction is in the small things — a straight line where turf meets the walk, the string trimmer run around every post and hydrant, clippings carried off instead of matted into the grass. Between the village streets and the open ground out toward Mumford and York, it is mowing, trimming and the cleanups that open and close the mowing year. A tended yard is a quiet kind of welcome, and that is what gets left behind.
