About Commercial Site Service, Inc

January in Cadyville comes down the Champlain Valley on a north wind, and by morning the Saranac River is steaming black between shelves of ice. Commercial Site Service, Inc handles snow removal here, on the edge of the Adirondacks, where cold settles in and stays. One storm here usually has another close behind it, so the work is about keeping ground open and usable: snow pushed back wide, cleared to the pavement, ready for the next round. There is a stark beauty to a cleared site at dawn, plowed edges squared, the mountains pink to the west, the air so cold it rings. Then the day's traffic rolls in, and work can start.
