Ground Control

About Ground Control

Larkinville keeps a working rhythm — brick, loading docks, the long low roofline off Seneca Street — and the ground around those buildings needs somebody paying attention twelve months a year. Ground Control takes both halves of the Buffalo calendar: mowing, trimming and cleanups when the grass will not quit in July, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the wind turns and the lots disappear overnight. The trick is the handoff, knowing in October what the same property will ask for in January. A parking area scraped to bare pavement by opening time is its own quiet argument. Same ground, different season, one standard.
