About Favorito Enterprises

The Black River comes through Brownville loud and white, spilling over limestone ledges on its last run toward Lake Ontario. That falling water once turned the village's mills, and its roar still sits underneath every July afternoon here. Favorito Enterprises keeps Brownville lawns mowed and trimmed through the short, bright summer of the North Country, when grass grows fast as if to make up for the long winter. Each yard gets a uniform cut and neat trim lines along walks and foundations. Shut the mower off near the river at the end of a job and the current fills the sudden quiet.
