About Precision Earthworks

Late-winter thaw shows you what the ground here really is: glacial sand and stone the ice left behind, generous with drainage and stingy with everything else. Precision Earthworks builds Brookhaven lawns from that starting point — grading a yard so water leaves it, amending and preparing soil, then seeding or laying sod and nursing the new turf through its first fragile weeks. A low spot fixed in March is a puddle that never returns in November. Once a lawn is established it goes onto regular mowing, trimming and cleanups so the work holds. Standing on ground that used to be rutted and bare, now level and green edge to edge, is the whole reason for the machinery.
