About Best Value Tree service

Down where the Carmans River slows into Bellport Bay, Brookhaven keeps one foot in the pine barrens and one in the salt air. Best Value Tree service looks after the oaks and pitch pines shading those South Shore streets — trimming back limbs that crowd a roofline, pruning young trees into a frame that can take a bay wind. Removals happen a piece at a time, ropes run over the fence line, so the neighbors' hedges never know a thing. After a nor'easter comes up the coast and leaves a yard full of broken crowns, the storm damage cleanup takes the place back a section at a time until the grass shows again. By afternoon the sand-colored light is through the branches once more and the block looks like itself.
