About DHA Construction Corp.

Three in the morning on the Quaker Ridge hills, and the only sound for blocks is a blade finding pavement. DHA Construction Corp. plows and shovels through those dark hours, because Scarsdale wakes early and its slopes have no patience for an unsalted driveway. Storms push up the Hutchinson corridor and stack against this high ground, filling turnarounds and burying the mailbox posts to their shoulders. The job is to stay ahead of the drift — open the apron, cut a clean path to the door, salt the pitch where a tire would otherwise lose its grip. By the time the first commuter backs out toward the parkway, the driveway looks like the storm went around the house.
