About C & S Property Maintenance and Lawn care, Inc.

Out toward Throggs Neck the streets run down to the water, and the wind off Eastchester Bay decides a good deal about the working day. In summer that breeze dries the clippings fast, and C & S Property Maintenance and Lawn care, Inc. gets through the mowing, edging, hedge trimming and cleanups with daylight left over. In winter the same wind puts a crust on everything, and the trucks are out plowing driveways, clearing walks and salting before the first commuters back out. A property tended across the whole year has a look to it: square corners in July, bare concrete in January. That steadiness, one season handing off to the next, is the whole idea.
