About Kocak Property Services (KPS)

Upper Front Street wakes up in stages, and the lots have to be ready before the first car turns in. Kocak Property Services (KPS) works that narrow margin all year — plowing, lot and driveway clearing, shoveled entryways and salted approaches through winter; mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, hedge work and cleanups as the year turns once the ground softens. Commercial ground is unforgiving: an unplowed corner or a shaggy island shows from the road at forty miles an hour. Getting there first is most of the craft, and the rest is finishing the edges nobody expects you to finish. A property that looks ready at opening time is the point of every early start.
